With regards to the Time Zone, are you unable to change the Global Time Zone for some reason? Is it not staying as Hong Kong? Each chart also has a setting for the Time Zone, which would normally be set to use the Global Time Zone, but if your charts are not changing after changing the Global Time Zone then you would need to check each chart to ensure it is set to use the Global Time Zone (or is using a Time Zone you want). Refer to the following: Chart Settings: Time Zone (List) (Chart >> Chart Settings >> Session Times menu) With regards to the data - follow these instructions to get us your Message Log: Follow the instructions here to clear the Message Log: Message Log: Clearing the Message Log Open a chart for the symbol you have an issue with. Tell us that symbol of the chart. Disconnect from the data feed with "File >> Disconnect". Connect to the data feed with "File >> Connect to Data Feed".
