First, please update your Symbol Settings to ensure there is not an issue with this. Refer to the following instructions: Global Symbol Settings: Update Symbol Settings Second, look through your charts and see if you have any open for the symbol VX?##-CFE. If you do have a chart (or multiple) that are using this symbol, then try opening a new chart for VXG23-CFE and let us know if this works for you. If it does, then just stick with this shorter format for the symbol.
