Hello, Friend of mine is sharing his chartbooks with me(ie ES, CL) - created and used for SC Data service. I am using TETON CME Order routing service and have problem with his chartbooks after opening in Sierra - data are not loaded and there is no question/detection of symbol translation. As workaround I have to switch service to SC data and then back to TETON - in this case sierra is able to detect and do proper symbol translation. Would it be possible to fix/solve this problem and avoid workaround with additional jumping between services? Additional effort of handling multiple chartbooks all the time.
