Clearly this is an Internet connectivity issue you are having on your side. Set the Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Intraday Data Storage Time Unit to 1 Minute. After changing this, then change the Service in Sierra Chart to the SC Historical Data Service, if it is not already. Go to a chart using a symbol supported by this service and re-download the data with Edit >>Delete All Data and Download.
