The numbers are not actually where I'm having the issue. Where the colors are different for me is in the bars themselves. I'll attached a picture so that you can see what I mean. The darker grey area on the left volume profile is the value area and you can see that the delta bars inside them in the picture are all green. Or at least for me they are me. And then the lighter grey area to the top is outside of the value area and you can see in the picture that the delta bars are the red/blue. Does that not happen on the bars for you? I am not using OpenGL. I just double checked to make sure that it is not checked.
