Can you add a standard Sierra Chart study to the chart without any issue? If so, then we would have to believe that the issue is related to a custom study that you have in the sub-instance. You would have to figure out which one, if you have multiples, by moving each one out of the folder and then going to Add Custom Study until you do not have an issue any longer. The last one moved would be the culprit. Also, do you have the same issue in the Main instance doing the same thing? If you can get to the study in the Main Instance, then you should try copying the study to the sub-instance again. It sounds like it may have gotten corrupted somehow.
