These two symbols are definitely not configured on the Sierra Chart side and the tick size that will be set will be incorrect. Ironbeam claims they support the SIR contract despite it not being listed in their in-house trading software. Does this happen in your experience that Denali and the Clearing house don't always support the same set of CME products? Yes absolutely this is true.Data for these is definitely coming from Interactive Brokers are not Sierra Chart or our Denali Data Feed in any way: SGX's IU and CME's SIR.
