The main thing to look at is the Quantities. Make sure the quantity for the first target is not the full amount (i.e. a total quantity of 2 for the parent and a quantity of 2 for the first target is wrong). Another item to check is that the Move to BreakEven is not closing the position by moving the Stop too close to the current price.
