It sounded like from the first post that Sierra Chart was in a frozen inoperable state. In this case our answer was correct.


However, if you notice the data feed stop but Sierra Chart was responsive, then this would be due to an Internet connectivity issue

Based upon the reports here, if you had a problem with the data feed stopping/lagging at 9:37 central time that most likely was on our side, because one of the connections had reached near capacity. We will explain more in another post as to why this occurred.

If the data feed is stopping for you, reconnect the data feed to go to a different server which may connect you to one of our other Internet connections:
