You are signed up to get real-time data for the Full CME Group through our Denali data feed. If you believe you are specifically getting the data from Rithmic by having the option for Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Common Settings >> Allow Support for Sierra Chart Data Feeds set to No, then there is nothing we can do to help you. The Rithmic data is limited. refer to the following: Rithmic Trading Platform Service: Rithmic Market Data and Support Policy If, however, the setting above is set to Yes, then you would be getting the data from our Denali feed in which case you should have the data as long as your chart is setup to be a Continuous Futures contract.
