Thank you for your reply. I'm not able to get SC to display a simple 15 minute bar chart for SIRZ22_FUT_CME, much less a number bar. SC complains of "symbol settings not found for current service". The tick data (0.01) is correct for the symbol, BTW. Mind you, this is using SC/Win10/Teton/Denali/Ironbeam. I know how you little you folks think of Interactive Brokers, but this is *your* software, *your* preferred exchange and *your* data feed failing to perform per spec here. Ironbeam confirms that SIR is one of their supported futures. I would respectfully request that you reconsider your tick hypothesis in light of this new information and dig a little deeper. |
