Please see my previous support request of today for a related support ticket and details of my set up. The new symbol that causes SC to freeze up when using number bars is once again the Indian Rupee. This future is offered by SC's preferred futures exchange, CME: SIR-202212-CME. SC complains of "symbol settings not found for current service" before freezing up. Please acknowledge receipt of this email. I do hope I am not abusing your time by calling your attention to these failures by SC to handle error conditions gracefully. Thank you. |
