Subject updated from 'Sierra Chart Questions' to 'Stop orders all default to stop limit' -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- I placed my first order live, and all my entry orders for a Stop order default to Stop Limit. I have gone through Trade Settings, Dom Settings, Trade Window M - Orders- and there is no check mark my Stop Limit Orders. I have read up as much as i can find and find nothing. I got lots of slippage on my first order as it was a Stop Limit rather than a Stop... Then the Stop Loss order which was a Stop order on placing the order, defaulted to a Stop Limit order on the fill.. So now my stop loss is a Stop Limit which is very dangerous going into the overnight session....Need this resolved ASAP.... thank you.. |
