Although you have activated the CME Nonprofessional exchange, you are still not able to use that data with Rithmic for the reason below. This applies to both historical and real-time data. A Rithmic paper trading account does not entitle you to use the CME nonprofessional exchange fees. However, there is a solution. The reason you are not getting real-time data from the CME Group of exchanges is that you activated the Non-Professional exchange fees, but you have not verified in the last month that you have a live, funded, futures trading account, which the CME needs in order to allow you data at the lower priced fees.
