Hi i have connected the Sierra chart to Rithmic data feed well. I have also paid the live data exchange cost of 11USD per month excluding the package 10 subscription. unfortunately, still iam unable to recieve the historical data and my chartbook is empty with no data. i have even contacted my broker and there is no ristriction on my Rithmic account. However,it could be related to a certain setting that needs to be activated from the platform so kindly review it and sort out this issue. i have paid everything needed still it didnt work properly. |
