Here's another case that may shed light on the no backfill situation from a different angle. In this case the correct symbol name *is used but produces the same result...a blank chart with no backfill activity. For completeness the entire situation is outlined same as the first post in this thread. The only difference being that the particular contract is EUR instead of HG. Denali Backfill Worked for EUR-202212-CME, but not now... Changed service package from 3 to 10. Denali Backfill worked afterwards for EUR-202212-CME. - Nov. 25, early AM EDT Server disconected. - Nov. 25, 5:43 AM Restarted Sierra. Now the Backfill is not working whereas it was before.
