Sorry . . . I tried to follow the instructions to upgrade my Service Package from 5 to 11, but, as is typically the case, I found myself going around and around and around and around and around and around in circles. Could someone with a decidedly higher IQ than my evidently limited intelligence, kindly guide me through the Sierra info maze that frequently leads me into a mind-boggling swamp that drowns my pathetic whimpers of despair? I have already established a relationship with Alberto at Stage-5-Trading, and my account with Dorman Trading has been accepted and funded. All I need now is to upgrade my Service Package from 5 to 11 . . . please. Thanking you in advance for tolerating my embarrassing inadequacy . . . PS.
