The time you are pointing to will show the time of the current candle, or, when the chart is showing the most recent candle, it will show the current chart time. If you want to use this to show that your candles are every 10 minutes, then we would need to see two screenshots, one with the chart pulled back to a previously closed bar and then another screenshot with the chart moved forward by 1 bar from where the previous screenshot was taken. Or, it would be a lot easier to turn on the horizontal time scale so we can see the times of the bars.
