We are not able to see the issue when we open the chartbook. But, we see that your Current Selected Service is set to Teton Order Routing and the symbols that you have for these charts are not the correct ones for this service. Open the chartbook(s) that you received from someone else and then select Edit >> Translate Symbols to Current Service. Let us know if this does not resolve your issue.
