We really need to see the exact text of the error you are getting. Please either copy and paste, or give a screenshot of what you are seeing. A Windows Error 32 is the following: ERROR_SHARING_VIOLATION Which means that a file is already in use by another program. But we do not see how this would apply with an Alert, unless you happened to have the sound file in use in another program. But this is why we need to see the entire message.
