The limiting factor here, as best I can tell, is that you can only draw S/R lines on a chart of lower times (like a 15 min chart) to a chart of a higher time (like an hour chart) unless you can figure out a way to set the 15 minute chart's starting date and time to an earlier date and time than the hour chart's starting date and time. I'm still chugging away at this problem. Plus it won't work if you use strange candle types, or so I've read.
