Have you considered using the Sierra Chart Real-time and Historical Exchange Data Feed: https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?l=doc/SierraChartRealTimeFuturesStockDataFeed.php instead of IQ Feed. Based upon your most recent postings, this sounds like there is a problem receiving depth data from IQ Feed. Maybe you are not subscribed to it. You can get market depth for a much lower cost with the Sierra Chart Data Feed. There is no further help we can provide. You will need to contact IQ Feed or use the Sierra Chart Data Feed.
