We are not sure this will work due to restrictions by CTS. In Sierra Chart make sure that you have Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Perform Hardware ID Check enabled. If you did not have it enabled, then enable it and then reconnect to the data feed with the commands on the File menu. The changes that CTS is referring to has to do with the hardware ID check and this is now done. You are running a version which does support this option.
