Hello, I'm trying to get CTS mobile and webtrader to allow me to trade while my Sierra Charts is connected to CTS data/trade simultaneously. CTS says Sierra Charts needs to have some settings modified. Can you help by telling me what to do? Following is correspondence with CTS. My main trading platform is through Sierra Charts. I tried logging on to webtrader and t4 mobile while my Sierra Charts was connected and it won't let me stay logged in to the webtrader or the mobile trader. Is there a way to have my settings changed so I can use the webtrader or mobile trader simultaneously when my Sierra Charts is connected to your feed? Sometimes I will need to close positions at the close and can't be by my Sierra Charts. |
