The filtering for the MBO data should be working. Did you select File >> Disconnect followed by File >> Connect to Data Feed after changing the Symbol Settings for that symbol to update the MBO data? Also, if you are using a Trade And Current Quote Symbol and do NOT have the option for Use as Trade Only Symbol then the Market Depth data in the DOM is for the Trade and Current Quote Symbol, therefore you would need to change the symbol settings for that Trade and Current Quote symbol to update the MBO data in the DOM. There is no filtering for the DOM Graph, but you can combine the increments for the Bid/Ask Market Depth, which will also reflect to the Chart DOM.
