It would be very helpful for us to see the actual problem, but before we spend money to try and fix this we would prefer to try a few things. The first thing we want to try is for you to get use the chartbook where you are having this issue and let us know the particular charts where this is occurring. We will try it with our Simulated Futures Trading Service and see if it reproduces. Hopefully it will and we can figure it out.
