You have us a bit confused. The images you provided are when you are in Simulation Mode, but you state that everything is working correctly in that case. Therefore, why are you able to reproduce the issue now? If you can reproduce the issue, then please attach the Chartbook for which this is occurring and give us the steps to reproduce.
