SC: When I try to load a chart that has not been loaded since the prior contract expired, no data will be downloaded even if I use the edit download function in SC. The chart candles just start to build from the time I accessed the contract. For example, for the RTYZ2 contract, I had not tried to look at that symbol since RTYU2 was the front month. Now when I try to load up the RTY chart, it will just start from the new contract and then if I scroll back, the old contract data is there but there is a huge gap in the data. In this example, the gap in the chart is from about 09.16.22 until 10.17.22. 10.17.22 was the day I tried to open and view a RTYZ2 chart that hadn't been loaded since RTYU2 was the front month. I am a OneUpTrader using a Rithmic feed. Both OneUpTrader support and Rithmic support said I needed to contact Sierra Charts. I still think Sierra Charts are the best.
