Those buttons will not have any state based on the particular service connection. The most likely reason is that the settings for the controls has these off. Refer to the following: Global Trade Settings Windows: Display Trade Window Controls (Global Settings >> Chart Trade Settings >> General) Note that the "Cancel All" will also be "greyed out" when there are no working orders to cancel available.
