UPDATE: The Windows 11 update that I installed yesterday, which I thought caused the problem, appeared again today. But, before installing the Windows update, I updated Sierra Chart using Help>Download Current Version> and following prompts like normal. After the Sierra update I attempted to open Sierra Chart, but I got the same error message (I have uploaded an image). Since I couldn't open Sierra Chart at all, I came here to your website to attempt to download the previous version of Sierra. After downloading Sierra Chart Installer, I clicked on the .exe file, and received the same error message. It looks like the problem is on the Sierra side, or an incompatiblity with Windows 11. I have been using the computer in question since last April, and I had Sierra version 2390 installed before attempting this update. I am now doing a System Restore again to be able to open Sierra.
