One of the issues (hopefully the only issue) is that you are on Package 3 and in order to make a connection to an external service you need to be on one of our Integrated Package (packages 10, 11, and 12). We have set your account to Evaluate Package 12 for the next 60 days, so you do not need to make any changes at this time. Just be sure to remember to change to one of the Integrated Packages before the 60 days ends. Another possible item is that you need to be on the latest "Stable" release from IB. Do not use their Beta software (or whatever term they use for it), as there have been changes in that version that breaks our implementation for their data.
