We have contacted your broker, but your broker is not responding which we understand to mean is refusing to provide further help. This is not good. They are not taking responsibility for the problem.

If you are happy with Sierra Chart, then we recommend that you move to another broker. You can find a list of supported brokers here:

The problem with your CQG account has to do with its configuration on the broker/CQG side. This we cannot control.

There are other cases of this and these are issues on the broker/CQG side as well. Apparently brokers and clearing companies are not very familiar with how to use the CQG system.
