You can only access the Denali Exchange Data Feed from one computer at a time. There is another computer running Sierra Chart that is connected to the Denali Exchange Data Feed. You would either need to disconnect that computer in order to use this one, or you can setup your account to allow you to get the data to two different computers at the same time (the cost is that you need to pay the exchange fee again).
