We can not think of any reason why you can not change the quantities in that window. We see that you can remove the information that is in there, which means you can click in the field and use backspace to delete what is in there. The implication is that you should be able to type in a number. Click in the field and try to type anything from the keyboard, such as 'aaa' or 'bbb'. It should show those in the field you are editing. Let us know if this works or not.
