We have had several reports today of users getting this: Rithmic Direct - DTC (Data) | Logon error received from server: permission denied | 2022-10-10 07:50:14.175 And now the two logs that we see in this thread, also getting the same error. We are going to contact Rithmic about this, if you do not know why this is happening. This is a Rithmic issue. Not Sierra Chart.
