It sounds like Rithmic is having a problem.

We will determine what the problem is.

Follow the instructions below:

Follow the instructions here to clear the Message Log:
Message Log: Clearing the Message Log

Open a chart for the symbol you have an issue with. Tell us that symbol of the chart.

Disconnect from the data feed with "File >> Disconnect".

Connect to the data feed with "File >> Connect to Data Feed".

After the connection and after about 10 seconds, provide a copy of the Message Log following these instructions:

We will then determine what the problem is.

You do need to have Service Package 10 or higher to use Rithmic. However, everyone in this thread does.

Anyone have an update on this? If this is the case can I get a refund on the $36 I just spent on the normal package 5 as missed this info? or payt the difference to get package 11
You only need to change your Service Package but we see you are on Service Package 11 now.
