1. It looks like your setting for Chart >> Chart Settings >> Grid >> Vertical Grid Interval Type is set to Start of Trading Day. It sounds like you want it to be set to Session Start so it will show you the start of both the Evening and Regular session. 2. We do not know why that data is missing. Try deleting and redownloading the data from before that point.
