Sorry, it turns out this was something simple and we missed it. You do not have an exchange active that includes the Market Depth Data. So what you are seeing is the Best Bid/Ask for the market depth, which is why you are only seeing it within the range of the bar itself. You can change the selection for the exchanges at the following link: https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=DenaliDataFeed#Exchanges Just keep in mind that you will pay the full amount for any exchange(s) that you activate within the month for the remainder of the month (exchange fees are not pro-rated). So you may want to wait until the beginning of next month before changing your exchange selections, just be sure to deactivate any exchange that you are not going to continue to use next month before the beginning of next month.
