The information in J10 corresponds to the P/L that is displayed on the Trade Window. The difference is that what is displayed in the Trade Window is controlled by the Chart Settings for the Profit/Loss Display. Whereas the Spreadsheet is always displaying currency. Therefore, the connection in the image you provided is that the P/L is showing 50 Ticks of profit (50T). For the ES the Currency Value per Tick is 12.5, therefore what is shown in the Spreadsheet is 50 * 12.5 = 625.
