Hello SC Team, i`ve booked an additional system today. And however I start SC on the second computer it appears a popu pwith the message "Connection error message from service: CQG WebAPI Logon unsuccesful. Server message: Too fequent logon attempts. And at the first computer it appears the message: Connection error message from service: CQGWebAPI Received LoggedOffmessage. Reason: Your session was closed due a current session. And at the same time it disconnects also the connection of the first computer. What I´m doing wrong ? It`s necessary and possible to have remote assistance for setting up this settings ?
