I have a live trading account with AMP (acct #155454) using the CQGTrader Platform. and I have the package 10 with Cierra Charts. I use CQG Trader for execution and the Cierra to see the market. The problem I have is that I can't have both planforms open at the same time. If I have Sierra Chats platform open and I tried to open the CQG Trader, the CQG Trader platform closes automatically and gives me the following message: "Connection error message from service CQG WebAPI/Received. Logged Off message. Reason: Your session was closed due to the current session. Is there anything you can help me with? I appreciate your help. |
