When you enter them on the main instance they are only copied to the Sub-Instance the first time the sub-instance is created/used. After that, the instances are completely separate from one another and you would have to copy the file between the instances. And do not try to setup any shortcuts or links between the files, as that will cause issues (just copy and paste as needed when the software is not running). The reason for the above is that when a sub-instance is first created, the setup is taken from the main instance, so the files are copied from there to the sub-instance.
