This is the latest response from interactive. Dear Mr. Alchin, Thank you for contacting Interactive Brokers. The following formats are now working with the LATEST version of TWS: - "yyyyMMdd-hh:mm:ss" for UTC time - "yyyyMMdd hh:mm:ss TIMEZONE" where TIMEZONE can be either the Exchange's time zone or your TWS' own (operator) time zone.
