Update Sierra Chart by selecting Help >> Download Current Version.

You do not have to reset the charts that you have. You only need to follow the instructions here to change the symbol of the charts and Trade DOMs:

All of the settings will remain the same except for the symbol.

What exactly is the problem you are having with the gold chart?

In regards to the account number, that account number is what is obtained from the CQG server for your CQG username. We assume it is correct. Our recommendation is not to be concerned about it and ahead and place trades.
