First, in the image where you have an M1 chart to an M1 chart, the data is aligned with the bars as expected. For instance, if you look at the bar at time of 21:56 it shows a value of -872 in both charts. Therefore the overlay was done correctly.

If you are referring to the position of the numbers above/below the bars in this case, then we do not have enough information to tell you exactly what is occurring as we do not know what the settings are for the source chart. But take a look at the Subgraph Settings and if you need to change them on the Study/Price Overlay then keep in mind that you first need to set the options for Use Subgraph Name/Value Related Display Settings and Use Styles and Widths from Source Study to No first.

With regards to the Range24 to M1, keep in mind that the data is copied based on times. We can not tell what is what from the image alone, but the main Input that would affect where the data lands is Bar Time Matching Method. You can try changing between the options with this Input to see if you get what you want.
