Thank you I believe that this resolved the issue. The main instance was in fact set to Trade Simulation mode In terms of trying to retrieve my previous global settings I having some trouble. When i search for Sierra4.config I pull up a number of files. Again the Graphics global setting were created in subinstance 3. Should i have created them in the main instance ? and could they be used in the subinstance from there ? I believe if i go back to August 31 the settings should be the ones I am looking for (see attached). Should i try to use 31.Sierra4.config for subinstance 3 backups or the backups for the main subinstance ? I assume the former. I am not exactly sure what to do with this file or where to put it ? (see attached) Should i just put it in the main sierra folder ? and where would i look to find those setting in the main instance or the subinstance ? Sorry I am a bit confused. Thank you |
