Sub-instances connect to the outside world through the main instance. As such, when a sub-instance is not in simulation mode, it is sending the trade information to the main instance to then send to the exchange. Given the message you provided, it tells us that your main instance is still in Simulation mode while your sub-instance is not. In order to get the trade from the sub-instance to the exchange you need to connect your main instance to your trading service and turn off simulation mode.
