The data loading performance will be improved by setting the Intraday Data Storage Time Unit to 1 second or higher: Data/Trade Service Settings: Intraday Data Storage Time Unit (Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Common Settings >> Common Settings) But if the data is on the hard drive, why does it take that time to prepare it for the replay.
When jumping backwards, the chart has to be reloaded. This cannot change. You need to avoid jumping backwards. Normally there should not be a need for this. If there is a specific date range you want to replay, then set that date range to load through the Chart Settings: Chart Settings: Load Data Limiting Method: Date Range >> Date Range From / To (Chart >> Chart Settings >> Data Limiting >> Load Data Limiting Method: Date Range menu) This will make the replay much faster.
