I'm assuming not getting back to me is to say that I need to accept not trading GC in Sierra?

Although I know Rithmic has been having issues, this is not related to that. As I have spelled out extensively, I am not having these problems in other platforms, using Rithmic, regardless of the Data/Trade service settings I am connected to (Brokerage account or Apex Funded account). And I am not having issues with any other market in Sierra.

I was able to load data from 8/15 (the point Sierra stopped loading GC) to 9/2 up until 6:45 am EST. And that was it. All I did was change the session times and hit apply. That method is not working now.

Is there a next step or should I accept that you can't figure it out and move on? I've spent too much time on this specific issue and need to know if any further communication with you is a waste of our time. I can trade GC on another platform so it's not the end of the world.

So as not to take up more of your time, Simple answer only:

1. Move on.

2. Will continue to help me fix this issue.
