The time scale adjusts in order to best show the times based on the bar spacing that is set. Therefore, the only way to get a specific timing is to adjust the bar spacing until you get what you want. Unfortunately, we only do remote support for when there is a problem that we need to see on someone's system that we can not determine the problem through this forum.
